2. Event Registration

Registration Requirements

To register for VFF events, you must:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Be at least 18 years of age or have parental consent
• Agree to receive event-related communications
• Pay all applicable registration fees

Registration Confirmation

Your registration is not complete until you receive a confirmation email from VFF and full payment has been processed.

3. Tickets and Payments

Ticket Purchases

All ticket purchases are subject to availability. Prices are displayed in the currency indicated at the time of purchase and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.

Payment Methods

We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as indicated during checkout. All payments are processed securely through our payment partners.

4. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Ticket transfers to another attendee may be permitted upon request. Please contact us at least 7 days before the event to arrange a transfer.

5. Event Changes

VFF reserves the right to:

• Modify the event schedule, speakers, or program content
• Change the event venue if necessary
• Cancel or postpone the event due to circumstances beyond our control

In case of event cancellation by VFF, registered attendees will receive a full refund.

6. Code of Conduct

All attendees are expected to:

• Treat all participants with respect and professionalism
• Refrain from harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behavior
• Follow venue rules and safety guidelines
• Not engage in unauthorized recording or photography
• Respect intellectual property and confidential information shared during sessions

VFF reserves the right to remove any attendee who violates this code of conduct without refund.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the VFF website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of VFF or its content suppliers and is protected by copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

8. Photography and Recording

By attending VFF events, you grant permission for your image and likeness to be captured in photographs and video recordings. These may be used for promotional purposes, social media, and future event marketing. If you do not wish to be photographed, please inform event staff upon arrival.

9. Limitation of Liability

VFF and its organizers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your participation in our events or use of our services. This includes, but is not limited to, loss of data, business interruption, or personal injury.

10. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Vietnam. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Da Nang, Vietnam.
